Topik


Topik or topig is an Armenian dish, sometimes thought of as a vegetarian meatball, consisting of a chickpea based paste, usually mixed with potatoes or flour, surrounding a filling of onions,nuts, and currants, and flavored with herbsspices, and tahini.

Crepe with oats, chia, linseed and spices

This crepe  has been evaluated in many years and became our tradional weekend breakfast. :). It's very healty actually. We don't use sugar and flour.


Lovely fresh juice



Did you ever feel that your body (not your mind) becomes happy when you eat or drink something? Whenever I get a glass of juice I feel that my body is like a dry sponge, and it gets wet with the juice. Then. I feel relaxed, fresh and full of good energy.  So, why don't you give it a try? :)


RECIPE 
Ingredients
You can use the vegetables and fruits you like, but here I used those following for 2 glass of juice;
  • A bunch of kale
  • 2 apple
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 cucumber
  • Fresh ginger

Directions
  • Wash all vegetables and fruits
  • Chop them to fit through your juicer
  • Feed those through the juicer.
  • Drink up and thank to yourself for giving such a gift to your body.
  • And listen to your body to get the respond J.

How to make homemade pumkin puree


Making pumkin puree from a fresh pumkin is really simple to do and absolutely delicious in many pumkin recipes. So, make your own J.

RECIPE 
Ingredients
  • You just need a fresh pumkin, an oven and a blender.
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Cut the pumkin into slices and scoop out the seeds.
  • Place pumpkin slices on a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 40 - 50 minutes, until pumpkin flesh is soft.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Place pumpkin in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
  • If you won’t use it then then pour into refrigerator bags to store them in the freezer.

You can use this puree for making a cheesecake..
